Clarifying approvals and network settings

I’m sorting through the harness details. It’s set to approvals on failure and network enabled, but I’m not entirely sure what that means for our sandbox settings. Without explicit information, I think I’ll just stick to the defaults. I could reach out to the user for confirmation before moving forward. I want to keep the formatting simple though, maybe using bullets. I’ll also add a quick checklist for assessing rumor credibility related to social media.
